This course aims to give a strategic perspective on the use of information, organizational knowledge and associated technologies and examines technological concepts from the standpoint of those managing technical staff, rather than that of those engaged in technical work. It focuses on the management of information in ERP systems and knowledge workers. Emphasizing the informational aspects of ERP on individual and organizational behavior and politics, strategy, culture, management processes and human resources will provide focus.
